- Mixer:

- Conveying system:
- The conveying system includes aggregate conveyor, powder conveyor, etc. It is responsible for conveying the raw materials from the storage warehouse to the mixer. The conveying system utilizes efficient and durable equipment to ensure the smooth transportation of raw materials.
- Metering system:
- The metering system is used to accurately weigh a variety of raw materials, including aggregates, cement, powders, water and additives. - Control system:
- The control system is the "brain" of HZS90 concrete mixing plant, which is used to control the electronic system of the whole production process. The control system is mainly composed of various sensors, control instruments, computers, etc., which can realize full-automatic computer control. Sensors are used to detect various parameters, such as the ratio of concrete, aggregate quality, etc.; control meters are used to display and control various parameters; computers are used to manage the whole production process.
- Dust removal system:
- Dedusting system is used to collect and discharge the dust generated during the mixing process to protect the environment and equipment.
